Moondreamer is Priscilla Herdman’s third album of music for children and families, and her tenth release overall. It’s a marvelous collection of lullabies culled from a diversity of sources and lovingly rendered by what The New York Times’ Stephen Holden has called "one of the clearest and most compelling voices of contemporary folk music."

Priscilla’s previous family recordings, Stardreamer and Daydreamer, are among the best loved and most acclaimed recent recordings in the genre. Awards for Stardreamer included the 1989 American Library Association’s Notable Children's Recording, the 1989 Parent's Choice Gold Seal Award and a nomination at the 1989 Philadelphia Music Awards. Daydreamer won both the Parents Prize from Parents Magazine and the National Parenting Publications Gold Award in 1993.
